Loved the personal touch and attention to detail when it came to staff service. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.

I liked the ambiance. The decor is so diverse that it accomodates a traveleing family with young children up to teenagers as well as a couple enjoying quality time. I like the day room areas. the bar , the fire pit.. Most of all , the BED>.. it was so comfortable. I may come back just to get away and get a good night rest... i love that bed!!!

desk, just to get a new iron and they got someone to not only get the

Stay was good. But when we checked out they said Booking would send us a
receipt. That did not happen. The Hotel charged our account and it was
for more than what I would have expected for tax and hotel fees. Thus, I
think we were overcharged. -

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. There was a free wine hour in the evening and room service was prompt. This was the very best experience I've ever had at a hotel!
