  Elevator was waiting on us every time we come out. Comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, very neat and clean, good cable selection, friendly employees - Great location to the American Airlines Arena and the staff at the hotel was so courteous.

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around.   Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful and no charge for parking which is a plus! Also loved that we didnt have to drive to get to the beach. The swimming pool was clean. And best of all, the price we paid for this hotel was great. I've stayed at over 20 properties on the island and I dread the walk to the sand. La Copa makes it so easy with the pier. I LOVE IT! I love that you accept pets. I didn't bring mine this time, but I will! Breakfast is nice, but I don't make it by 10am :-( Can you extend til 11? The staff is super nice! The cleaning staff works super hard! I saw them sweeping the sand on the steps of the pier - that's awesome!

  Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. After del... was die leute sagen » ayed flights and an after midnight arrival at DFW, I felt the stress melt away--thanks to the staff. - The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar. Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished. I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should at least respond.

Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful.   Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

  Every thing was great, very clean, the staff were very friendly and the best shower ever. The restaurant next door was also very good. I was traveling with my daughter and we were both impressed - Like I said before ! They have the best beds and pillows ever! I will stay at this motel every time I'm in jasper!!!
