The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy.   A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great. All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get.
