  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... was die leute sagen » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

The rooms were clean, the full kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was a bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed! The king size bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and there was even a ceiling fan in the bedroom! It was definitely a "home" away from "home!" letsbookhotel.com helped us get this room! We will definitely be using you more often too! - Very close to the Airport and not far from Niagara Falls (US side). About 30 minutes max.
