We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.

This place is an authentic jewelry! The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!

Enjoyed every aspect of my recent stay.I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and pleasant. The inclusive breakfast was more than satisfactory, the housekeeping staff thorough and the bedding very comfortable. So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

we entered our room, that was my first impression! We've never

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful if we had a problem. The facilities were very nice and decorated with more flair than the usual insipid hotel room. The breakfast was very similar to those at other chain hotels, but the quality of the food was far superior to anyplace else where we had stayed.
