The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

I was plesantly suprised when we arrived at this hotel. I had expected the on-line pictures to have offered more than would be delivered. We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Neu renoviert, sauber und geräumiges Zimmer. Hatte ein doppel Kingsizebett Zimmer bestellt. Beim Einchecken wurde mir dann geraten eine Zimmer mit nur einem Kingsizebett zu nehmen da diese mehr Platz böten und mit einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet sind. Hier muss dann den Angestellten ausdrücklich loben da dies eine gute Entscheidung war. -
