The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees. Although there was a disclaimer about the WiFi, we had fast, consistent WiFi in our 2nd floor room the whole time. The price was right, too! -

When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking.
Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided.
At breakfast, the complimentary "USA Today" and good scrambled eggs and bacon were appreciated.

Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently.

The staff was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was included in our room rate. The breakfast manager, Lisa, treated us like family and ran the area like it was her home visiting with each table throughout our meal. Luis, the omelet chef, was excellent! We had a great time. This hotels location was perfect. We walked to several local establishments and enjoyed the neighbor. When I scheduled this trip there was lots if changes and the last woman I talked to was very helpful! I told her were we wanted to go and she looked at the available hotels and recommended this one. I like the fact that there was a Gym and the bonus for my friends was
the Walgreens ...they nmade many trips there and we even had a view of
the place...by the way we had a nice view of the neighbourhoood.
Even thou it was their Easter Luncheon they didn`t forget about their hotel customers.
