  The staff was really nice and always had an answer to everything. After staying the first night and coming back the second day, room cleaning did a great job. The inn provided a good amount of privacy and peacefulness. - The hotel was clean& the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable.

A very nice place to stay and not far from the Mayo.

  I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.
