  We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall!   I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely - Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage.   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. This coupon was additional to the price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall. Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great.
