  The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  We loved everything about the place. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and loved that there was something different every morning. Loved having a laundry room. Pool was clean and just the right temperature..   The location is near a busy entertainment venue, but you hear very little street noise when that venue's entertainment is over and thousands exit at once. The front desk staff were very helpful in making dinner reservations and recommending places to eat and the types of food nearby restaurants offered.
