The room was unexpectedly spacey and comfy, they provide an all day pass for the shuttle bus that stops right infront of them, they have a nearby starbucks and a minimarket. Disney is also a 15 minute walking distance away. They were also nice enough to keep my luggage at their reception though they don't have a luggage storage room

I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at
over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park,
just on the opposite side of the property.

We loved the salt water pool! Rooms were large & comfortable for a
couple with 2 children. We loved the fireworks at night we could see
from our bedroom by the pool, the happy hour, the young hip yet family
atmosphere. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders,
maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a
little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

I was a little worried about the shower issue that people were complaining about. Honestly, this place is great. No shower problems. I stayed during the week but there was still people staying there. I liked the convience to Disneyland. Easy walk, 15 minutes to Disney Town and the tram. We booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my two older children, appreciated the connecting door. -
