When we arrived, the staff was very helpful. The room was better than we expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were amazed at how luxurious the room and hotel was. We have stayed in several hotels in Ontario, this is now our new favorite. Thank you Magnuson Grand! -

I loved the fact that I could park the night before I took a flight out,
(I live in the mountains and there was a snow storm.) And leave my car
at the hotel in a safe environment while I flew home for the weekend,
and get a shuttle to and from the airport. -

My sister was visiting from Georgia and we stayed until I took her to the airport to go home. I stayed for 3 additional days. I loved it. All the staff was was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were perfect. -

Been around many hotels & motels specially in the area it's simply the best & best value for money, the most helpful & polite staff, most clean pool. If with family it's great & if for business or transit even better. Coffee, a couple of supermarkets & a lot of food choices within a walking distance. -

Very comfortable room. Breakfast is great and includes an omelette station. Complimentary drinks and appetizers every night. Elegant and quiet. I was visiting Claremont, but decided to stay in Ontario looking for better accommodations. This hotel is better than all options in Claremont. Loved it! -

This was an overnight stay on October 19th. We were very surprised that we were
warmly welcomed by Michelle, the front desk clerk who allowed us to check in early.
She offered us fresh baked cookies and was very perky, pleasant and friendly.

The staff was courteous and efficient. The hotel, while very dated, is clean and well-kept. You have every possible convenience at your disposal. While the location has some safety issues, the security at the hotel is first-rate.
