  For those who want a lovely place to stay before heading to the sea on a cruise, this hotel is definitely a precursor to the luxuries you may expect. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure happiness of each guest. I have a severe disability, and use a service dog. In fact, we were placed in a suite up on the Club Floor, where not only we would be more comfortable, but our dog would be less distracted - Staff were all very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the towels were nice quality, the hotel had all the amenities you could want. Room service was friendly and prompt. For our needs location was excellent. The decor was nice.
