  Sehr nettes gepflegtes und gemütliches Hotel - We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and spotless. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family room (slept 3) was beautiful. It had a nice, large bathroom and everything was very clean. We felt it was reasonable priced and only a short walk ... was die leute sagen » from the train station and shops. We would definately stay there again. - The owner was incredibly friendly and he and the staff made our family very comfortable. They also has great suggestions for child-friendly places to eat and a wonderful location where we could walk wherever we wanted to go. Our room was also very comfortable with more than enough space for us and all of our kids accessories.

  A fabulous guesthouse! We highly recommend this lovely place to everyone. Steve and Vicky are very hospitable owners and personaly very nice people. One can feel they put their hert into this their work. They helped us a lot long before our travel by answering our questions (best choice of the Lakes tour, walking paths, arrival to WIndermere etc.)... was die leute sagen » . Steve kindly picked us up at the rail station upon arrival and transferred when departing. One can clearly see that they do their best for their gue - Ideally located between Bowness and Windermere. 10-15 minutes stroll either way. Steve and Vicky are the friendliest B n B people that we have met (stayed in over 12 other B n Bs). Invergarry is such a welcoming place. The bed was really comfortable. We stayed in a small double but this was a reasonable size for a couple of nights and didn't feel small. Breakfast was delicious - homemade muesli, jam and marmalade. Best breakfast that we have had in a B N B. Really lovely touches in the rooms -

  The owners and staff were very welcoming and ensured that we had a veryenjoyable stay. In fact we had such a lovely break we extended our stayby an extra day! Pool was excellent as the weather was very wet duringour stay we made excellent use of the facility. First class break.. - Our room was spotless and the pool was great. It was really nice to relax in the pool after a long day walking and enjoying the activities and beautiful scenery of the lakes. The breakfast was delicious. I will be recommending this guesthouse to all our friends and will definately be going again. The owners are really nice, we had a great time.

Very confortable rooms and great to have a bar and social area so that you can unwind after a busy day. The staff made us feel very welcome and worked very hard. Nothing was too much trouble.The food was very good and our compliment to the Chef in this regard bearing in mind the small kitchen he has to work in.Overall a very good experience and it wont be long before we return

  We were greeted by a very friendly man who couldn't do enough for us. He allowed us into our room much earlier than usual as we wanted to get ready for a wedding nearby. The room was lovely, clean and had all the necessary bits and bobs we needed (including a hand-held magnifying mirror!). Would recommend this hotel to others. - A lovely inn with good, clean rooms and a good sized ensuite bathroom ..and, at times, a working TV... sinceours didn't work!. However, everybody pulled out all the stops to get the TV in working order; alas, it was not to be. We were offered free drinks as compensation in the pub, which we appreciated very much. Other than this amusing story, we had a great time in this lovely place and would definitely go back!

  Debbie is a wonderful host and we will more than definitely be returning here if we were to travel to the Lakes again. The room was very tidy and exactly what you would need from a B&B, if not more. There was even a television with DVD player and a huge selection of DVDs to choose from - excellent for one of those rainy evenings. I would like to personally thank Debbie who assisted us and attended all our demands. The owner, told me he used to own a fish restaurant so that's obviously why the fish dishes are so perfect. Modern, bright up to date bedroom with a fabulous power shower. Safe and easy walk to both Windermere and Bowness. Food was unbelievable. Huge choice and excellent quality. Dining room is modern and there was a good atmosphere at breakfast time. Staff were efficient and friendly. Our budget room was clean and cofortable. Perfect for our stay. Limited parking on the premises but lots of free and unrestricted parkining across the road.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. Ideal location as well and nice and quiet in the evenings so you can get a good night's sleep after a day's walking. - Leigh, the owner, was fabulous she was very accommodating, beautiful accommodation. Fab location, within walking distance of two towns. She covered all the bases re local information and was fab value for money. We didn't fancy full English so continental breakfast served to our room was a lovely treat and included in room price, lovely touch. We will be visiting again.
