  We found our first experience of Jersey very welcoming because of the staff and facilities and comfort of the Shakespear. We came for the Jersey cat show and the staff were very kind and considerate towards our much loved show cat.Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and with the added comfort of a beautiful spotless clean room we will not ev... was die leute sagen » en look at another hotel when we return next year.The food is beautifuly cooked and there is plenty of choice for breakfast.The dining room is nice an - We had a brilliant (and unexpectedly extended !) stay at The Shakespeare. The room was comfortable and very well fitted out, with a superb view. The Cafe South, with similar sea views, is a delightful place for breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent. Special mention must be made of all the restaurant staff, who were exceptionally friendly and efficient - by the time we left, we felt like we were old friends. We will certainly recommend this hotel, and wish the owners every success for
