Although the room was small the way it was furnished for what I paid far exceeded my expectations! Lovely and comfortable with everything you could possibly need (some complimentary soap and shampoo would be nice but for what I paid not expected). It felt like a real home from home and was lovely and comfortable. Great restaurants right on the front door. Breakfast in the morning was huge and of great quality. Can't recommend this place enough and if I come back to South Shields this will certa. alle bewertungen »
The staff were very kind and friendly. They were interested in our visit and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and a reasonable size. The location was excellent and as we went out on a night it was not far to walk back and we was near a wide range of food outlets. It was very modern and the bathroom facilities were most pleasing.
We needed to check in early as we were going to a wedding. I called the proprietor the week before and she couldn't have been more helpful. She said she would prepare our room first and we could check in at 11 o'clock, normal check in time is 14.00,I couldn't have asked more than that!.
Everything, the whole place is fantastic, the rooms and infact the whole
place is done out really lovely, so clean tidy and very friendly people.
It was our anniversary so they left us a bottle of wine and lovely note,
breakfast is also fantastic. Defiantly stay again.
Very friendly. Chose this guest house over others after staying here back in November 2012 when attending a funeral. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to give me the best way to get to the service.
Friendly service, room was clean and really nicely decorated, felt like a much more expensive place than it is, had everything we wanted and will definitely consider again if we stay in the area another time.

Extremely friendly and enthusiastic staff. Adjacent to town centre, Metro station and many restaurants. Excellent facilities in spotless and spacious room. Very quiet and relaxing.
