  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall an extremely pleasant break in a hotel I w - Staff were very helpful and welcoming...kitchen had gluten free bread and were able to provide gluten free meals...always difficult when we travel with our son who had Coeliac Disease...fantastic..don't go expecting a quaint country pub hotel...it definitely had the feel of a travel lodge, but higher quality with a good restaurant and excellent staff...great for a night stop...

Food was fantastic and staff very polite and friendly, could not have asked for more. My room was very comfortable, clean and cosy, I could not fault my stay at all.   The hotel was absolutely 1st class! It was modern, well set up, professionally run. The facilities too were excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and my wife and I will certainly be going back soon. - Everything was great food, spa, staff loverly

  We stayed two nights as we had to be in the area. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived. The pub was busy which gave it a really nice atmosphere and log fires were great. We had dinner both nights and shared main courses which they split onto two pates in the kitchen and were very generous with the vegetables & chips. The bar had four draught - A great inn with lots of history and atmosphere, obviously well loved by the owners and locals alike. Fantastic place to stay if you want to visit towns, cities and NT properties in Hereford, Shropshire and Worcestershire. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, very clean and very well equipped. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful (including Waldo the rescue dog) and work hard to help customers relax and enjoy themselves.   Staff were very helpful. It was great to be able to order exactly what we wanted for breakfast and have it served perfectly cooked and on time. The room was clean, comfortable and tidy with good tea making facilities and TV. The shower was hot and strong. The room was lovely with a feel of quality about everything down to the biscuits , tea and coffee provided. The evening meals were excellent and the breakfast was really good. I can't fault this place and would recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay again. It far out weighed expectations.
