  The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

  Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pool war gut, Dampfbad und Sauna sind auch vorhanden.   Helpful & friendly staff.Great for children-- lots for them to do and excellent meals for them. Meals for adults good as well. We were a family group of 10 adults and one 4year old child celebrating my wife`s 80th birthday and the staff looked after everyone with great care making this a most enjoyable weekend.
