  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found... was die leute sagen » Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Die bisherigen Bewertungen scheinen mir zu schlecht ausgefallen zu sein. Das Hotel war bestens in Ordnung und ist zu empfehlen. Alles renoviert, recht neu, freundliches Personal, Frühstück ok. Zentrumsnah.Besonders nett fand ich, dass man das Gepäck nach dem Ausschecken noch kostenfrei lagern konnte.Wir hatten das Glück noch eine Kitchenette im Zim... was die leute sagen » mer zu haben. Super! - zentrale Lage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, Frühstücksmöglichkeit (diese zum Teil eingeschränkt, aber immerhin für London ...)

  The staff were attentive yet not too smothering. The atmostphere was relaxed yet luxurious. An overall fantastic hotel in a great location. highly recommended. - I loved everything: the interior design, the sense of detail, the quality of service (their kindness and their professionalism)
