We have been going to the hotel for over 50 years and we love it .everybody was most helpful to us -they even changed our room to make it easier for our advancing years ! - The staff were ecxeptionally good- pleasant, welcoming,highly professional without being overbearing. Well done

The setting is beautiful, the hotel oozes olde worlde charm and my roomwas large, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are very friendlyand helpful and the bar is comfortable and well stocked. I wouldthouroughly recommend this hotel. - Fantastic setting great staff and superb breakfast

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

Breakfast after Valentine Day, most guests arrived for breakfast within last 30 minutes and staff couldn't cope but kept their 'cool' and managed very well. Few guests had long faces but they need to get some sense, restaurant had been open since 0700 but very few had arrived on time. - Set in amazing

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!
