What a wonderful place to stay. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Michael and Christine . Nothing was a bother or to much to ask for. Everything. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners Michael and Christine really do care for their guests. My boyfriend and I are young and needed a relaxing couple of days away from home and work. Liz and were both so smiley and helpful upon arrival, it was as if you were part of their family. The kitchen was full of goodies, breakfast cereal, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, butter and fresh bread. The scones with jam and cream were a lovely surprise too! David offered to drive me to the local pub and collect me when I had finished because I had been driving in thick fog in the dark and was nervous of going out in it again (and I needed some dinner). I settled on staying put and he kindly made me a sandwich to keep me going until my lovely breakfast the following morning. Thanks David x

We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

The Courtyard is in a quiet rural setting, but is close to things to do and places to visit.
The room and bathroom was large and airy, it was very clean and attractive with a good comfortable bed and linen and a well equipped. Car parking is close to the rooms.

I was made very welcome whilst checking in, indeed I was a few hours early. The room although the smallest was more than sufficient for my 1 night stay. The bed linen was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean. I missed the full 'English breakfast' as I had to leave early but I had no doubt it would be excellent - as was my stay. -
