  If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. At short notice, they helped us to find a local flower shop to get a bouquet of flowers for a 100 birthday. For our two days stay he was most helpful, the staff were excellent and happy in their work.   Staff was accomodating and understanding as we had our daughter with us. The staff switched rooms to make us more comfortable. Hot breakfast was a real treat. - Great hotel, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast! Wehave stasyed here several times before and are never disappointed, wewill be back.

  Our two rooms were adjacent in a modern purpose built group in a quiet location away from the busy A140 - which we could not hear at night. All the usual facilities were provided in the rooms and were to a good standard. Individual heating controls in the bedroom and bathroom effectively allowed comfort and warmth on a cold spring day.   My family liked everything about this accommodation. Especially the warm welcome and the small added touches that the owner thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. - Really liked the room, was very quaint and comfy.
