  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat.   We were impressed by our first view of this hotel. Much better than expected as was Lowestoft itself. Car park just over the road from the hotel entrance. Easily accessed lift just by reception and very few steps for disabled persons like myself. The strength of this hotel lies with the excellence of all members of staff we were in contact with.   We were very pleased with our complete stay at the Brook Hotel, and would be very happy to recommend this Hotel to all who demand good value for money.
