The bookingout time of 12 noon was realistic and breakfast between 7 and 11 wascertainly more civilised than some hotels.   A real 5-star experience. The hotel excels at every opportunity. Staff are courteous and friendly. The building is amazing, the decor very pleasing. Our room was huge with everything we could need. The quality of everything was excellent, with superb attent - We couldn't fault our stay at grassington house. The room was beautiful, as was the hotel itself. The staff were welcoming and attentive, we felt very well looked after! The food in the restaurant was absolutely fabulous...we enjoy eating out & this was one of the best meals we've had in a while. A thoroughly relaxing stay in a gorgeous place.

  The whole trip was fantastic. We arrived late Thursday evening and there was someone there to check us in and show us to our rooms. The room was beautiful, old charm mixed with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was superb, so nice to have a hot choice of breakfast freshly cooked for you in the morning. When we arrived we were shown round and given a complimentary cup of tea. I think u get cookies too as several people saidvthey were coming altho we never got any. But we weren't fussed and I think that this was a wonderful touch.

We only stayed one night before moving further North but I would have been more than happy to have stayed longer should my trip of needed it. We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request.
