  Very friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, and the pub food downstairs was wonderful - we couldnt fault this hotel on the staff and cleanliness, we were given a very warm welcome, the room was very clean and a good size.

  Wow what an awesome stay! very friendly, super easy and lovely rooms. Would 1000% stay again! The food was great, the service was fantastic. Great location for us in regards to photographing a wedding over at at elms barn - suffolk. See you soon Pier Hotel! :) x - The location was good,but best of all was the staff,from the manageress down they were just great,so helpful and friendly,the food was lovely we had breakfast each morning which set us up for the rest of the day.We went out and about each day but always came back for our evening meal,the food is excellent,great menu and they have one of the best chiefs around,keep up the good work you are all a cedit to The Pier Hotel.

  The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room.   I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful.   The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital.
