Heating w - The owners were very friendly and helpful, Jan especially made us feel very welcome and at home, very nice gentleman. The rooms are gorgeous! The apartments are spacious, very clean and the lay out lovely. The beds are amazing!! Bedrooms have everything you need, (including decent hairdryers!) and the bathroom was lush! We had my partners 6 year old daughter with us and she LOVED it here! We will stay again for certain. Thank you Jan :)

Our room was nicely furnished with comfortable bed and interesting photographs and prints. Staff were very friendly. Located in a rural / commuter village with countryside around, and yet minutes to Blackburn or Preston and the M6. It is the village my grandfather was brought up in too which is a plus for me.

I had just found out that my painful 'sprain' was a broken leg(!) and they could not have been more kind and helpful - Nice welcome. Breakfast ordering service which ensured we were not kept waiting.
