It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite.   We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room.   Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. - This must be the best value guest house in Blackpool. Personal, friendly attention that makes you feel like one of the family.
