  I liked being welcomed in a most family-like manner by the host, Michael. The home was inviting, comfortable, and an extremely good price for such luxury.   Very warm welcome and great attention to detail. Gary made us feel very at home and shared lots of tips and ideas for making the most of our visit. This is a lovely arts and crafts B&B. Great value for money and a real home from home. We liked to eat at the nearby Fox pub for evening meals - just a 15-20 minute walk away. - Outstanding on all fronts. We Stayed for one night only on a short weekend trip to Dover to visit castle and cliffs. Gary was very welcoming, and offered advice on where to eat locally and where best to visit cliffs and was a perfect host. Superb choice for breakfast and lovely clean and tidy guest house. Would not even consider looking elsewhere for overnight stay when passing through Dover in future. 10/10

  When I arrived I was told there was a problem .....best thing ever .....open log fires made the house not only looks nice but kept the house really warm Electric rads were placed all over to keep US all cosy ....wonderful... Sharon was very accommodating with requests (stored our luggage after check out so we could have a look around before leaving) and called us a cab when we left.
