Breakfast was one of the best I have had in an English B&B, everything fresh and local and of excellent quality.

  When I arrived I was told there was a problem .....best thing ever .....open log fires made the house not only looks nice but kept the house really warm Electric rads were placed all over to keep US all cosy ....wonderful... We stayed in the beach room which was beautiful and very very clean. The blueberry pancakes at breakfast are to die for and my little boy loved playing outside on the trampoline. The breakfast, included in the price, was absolutely delicious and the waitress gave my boyfriend an extra breakfast because he couldn't decide what to have! We had a comfortable and well decorated room in which to relax; loved the squashy leather settees and thoroughly enjoyed eating in the bar area as the staff were so efficient and friendly. The chef is a star - we ate on both nights of our stay, and both meals were a delight. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.
