  The room was brilliant, we had a family room so had a sofa and tv which made it really feel like home. When we arrived Jacqui made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. The bathroom looked newly decorated with a lovely big bath, shower and heated towel rail with the softest towels I've ever felt, truly luxurious! The breakfast was delicio... was die leute sagen » us, you could taste the quality of the home grown bacon and sausages, the freshly squeezed orange juice (although not squeezed by them) was delicious - We have just spent a couple of days in this lovely B & B. We were met by Jacqui (the owner/manager) and offered tea and delicious cake. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very modern and fantastic (I really loved the shower!). We really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the fact that a lot of the food was home produced. The family were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and give advice as where to go in the area as we were very new to it. We would definitely recommen

  It is, by a long way, the loveliest place I've ever stayed; beats every five star hotel I've stayed in, in every country, and every US State. The staff, Sarah and Sarah, are so friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are gorgeous (I had a deluxe room; enormous and beautiful room, with large bathroom - even nicer than the pictures, which is quite some... was die leute sagen » thing!), overlooking beautiful lawns and part of the Canterbury countryside that is so picturesque. Breakfast is extremely good; and the layout of the - This large B&B has several choices of accommodation, and we stayed in the cottage at the top of the yard set apart from the other buildings, which was very romantic. It had the most comfortable bed you can imagine, a roaring wood-burning stove, and a lovely view. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in an English B&B, everything fresh and local and of excellent quality.

In an age of bland Travellodges and designer retro-feel hotels it is genuinely quite nice to stay in a proper Guest House with inexpensive art on the walls, formica on the bar, shared showerrooms and breakfast served in BHS best china. The National Trust should probably be informed immediately. - Brilliant hotel for when You want a bed by the sea..Shared bathrooms but immaculate. Whole place was immaculately clean land clean and two minutes walk to a beach.. Very quiet location. If You don't want their breakfast there is a small supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants 5 minutes walk away..
