  Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.

  From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The room, although small was adequate and spotless. We booked Bed and Breakfast but after sampling their Jazz evening meal decided to book for another evening and were not dissapointed.
