What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!!
We could go on - best thing to do is to go and try this hidden gem in the Chan

Excellent facilities, great service and good food. A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

Staff were without exception polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Rooms spacious and comfortable, Nespresso coffee nice touch Perfect setting and convenient for getting anywhere on the Island either by car or bus Hotel made first trip to Guernsey relaxing and very enjoyable -

Lovely old-fashioned feeling with modern amenities. Professional and nice staff. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in a single room. The room itself was spacious enough but the bathroom was tiny. There was an iron and iron board in the room, which was a big +. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit inconvenient. Not in walking distance from the town and there really is no restaurants (except hotels own) in waking distance. However bus 81 stops next to the hotel.
