Überaus hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer, schönes Ambiente. Sehr gutes Restaurant und gut sortierte Bar. Zwar sind die Preise beachtlich, aber alles hat eine ausgesprochene Qualität. Man gibt sich viel Mühe und achtet auch auf Details (z.B. kleines Schuhputzset im Bad). Very friendly and professional staff. Andre on reception was especially
helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod
Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant
instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and
attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.
Quiet surroundings around the hotel. The dlr at Deptford bridge very

A great location, only 3 mins wall to Tower Hill tube and 6 mins to
tower of London and London Bridafe and the southbank. We upgraded to
executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us
breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und neu. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Zur Tube (Barbican) waren es nur 5 Minuten zu fuß. Zur Liverpoolst. (Abfahrt zum Flughafen Stansted) waren es nur zwei Stationen zu fahren. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Will certainly not stay anywhere else the next time I am in London. -

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

Both cooked and cold buffet breakfast was really good quality. Customer Service. We arrived after midnight, whole area was cut off from mains water. Hotel provided all guests bottled water and a bucks fizz at breakfast to compensate, even though supply was reconnected by 7:30am. - A little piece of luxury in a great setting
