  Frühstück für engl. Verhältnisse sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, weil als Twin gebucht, es war aber ein Dreibettzimmer. Kühlschrank am Zimmer. Sehr sauber, gut funktionierende Dusche und Sanitäranlagen in einem sehr großen Badezimmer. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries.   Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.
