  The customer service we recieved from staff was amazing. From the timewe arrived until the time we left it was none stop, we really hope thatmanagement are aware of how good the staff really are. We had doorsopened for us,top service at dinner and breakfast also we were veryimpressed the concierge, the window of our van was very frosty andbefore we... was die leute sagen » knew it he was behind us with frost spray - The Turn Down Service, Spa, The Bath was amazing, The Themal Suite, The Open Fires, Surrounding areas, Everything really. It's such a nice place. The staff are exceptional. By far the best hotel I've stayed in and I've been to some nice hotels in my time!

  From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by all staff at the front of house. Even though they heavily booked we were upgraded to a lake view room that was simply beautiful. The entire hotel was splendid and kept in immaculate order. There were two bars available, one with live music the other was more of a cocktail bar. The location of the hotel meant that we could travel on day trips to many parts of I - We loved the hotel and all of the amenities that it had to offer. Wish we could have stayed on a night or two longer. Had a problem with a staff member in the basement bar, but once addressed with the Manager, he made up for the disappointment we felt and was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend this property. It is lovely!
