  This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities ... was die leute sagen » and super comfy beds, Stay here. - Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. Thank you very much all member of staffs for a warm and happy stay.   The lovely room and friendliness of all the staff. I would especially like to mention Dani in reception and Thierry, the restaurant assistant manager, who were exceptional people. Please thank them both - Clean, modern, happy friendly staff,excellent choice of facilities.

  What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! The faciliti - Lovely old-fashioned feeling with modern amenities. Professional and nice staff. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in a single room. The room itself was spacious enough but the bathroom was tiny. There was an iron and iron board in the room, which was a big +. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit inconvenient. Not in walking distance from the town and there really is no restaurants (except hotels own) in waking distance. However bus 81 stops next to the hotel.
