  The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Very upmarket feel to the corridors and the room was very nice - Because of my mother we had to have a room for disabled. This was excellent as there were two bathrooms.

  Tried to make a direct booking but was connected to an automated system which I hate. Hence using letsbookhotel.com. Was attending a funeral and deciding to stay over after a train journey from Essex was a last minute decision so was a bit disappointed at the price. Didn't expect £29 obviously but was surprised at how much more exspensive the room... was die leute sagen » s are n ow. - The girls at the reception were very charming and helpful. We were given a warm welcome with a candy and coloring kit to my kid. The room was very quiet and had a peacful sleep as they guarenteed!!
