  Günstig, nette Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierter Umgang beim check-in/check-out - a friendly small hotel not the highest quality fittings but the warmth and kindness of the staff especially the manager is something i have never experienced in a chain hotel, i made a few requests which were all dealt with at no extra charge.
