Location to city centre. Cleanliness of room.
No wardrobe to hang clothes. No cupboards or drawers to store underwear or personal belongings. Very strange!

The staff were very helpful even when it was very busy on the desk. We could leave our luggage on arrival and departure which was very useful. A nice hotel with a good atmosphere. Would recommend to others.
Food wasn't good. Breakfast sausages weren't cooked, cheap and in edible.
Location is really good for shoppers. Quiet. Love the huge showers. Staff is really nice.

The room was beautiful and a good size! As we spent most of the day in as we were spending the evening at the gig, housekeeping called to offer any services which was sweet!
I would have liked both a bath and a shower in the room, but I'm just nit picking.

there was a mix up when another couple came to our room and the manager came and apologised even though it was not necessary but it was very good of him to come up to the room and do this
Don't like the position of kettle in the room as it is not easy to get to neither to fill or to get to after water has boiled this needs to be looked at as shelf is not big enough or kettle has to be re-positioned in my view

good location for us as we were visiting the christmas markets also very peaceful.
the rooms were not bright enough for me especially near the mirrors to put my make up on and we had problems finding a car park space after paying for it at the hotel when we booked in.

Building work noise, very early Saturday morning.
everything was excellent. We stayed%2 night but on the second afternoon we came back at 3pm and the room had not been cleaned, we made call to reception and this quicKly attended too.we would definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel was within 5 minutes of the railway station, the Printworks for all the restaurants and the Arndale Shopping Centre. Could not be better for our 3 day visit. Room to put cases until our train time so able to have a final walk out.before our lunch time train. Also the buffet type breakfast was more than I expected and filled you up for the day.
It was not really an issue but I requested a double room on my booking but got singles.
A very nice stay will be back.
The room was very clean and comfortable and especially quiet, lovely shower. all in all good value for money.
For a full English breakfast, there was no bacon, or fried egg.
The room was attractive, warm, and had a fantastic roomy shower. The location is also perfect. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was great that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until we left the city later in the day,
Breakfast choices could be better. The food service area is not big enough for a lot of guests to move around in. It became congested very quickly with people trying to squeeze past each other whilst carrying food and drink.

Trying to find you was hard work as locals didn't know where the hotel was - even the information desk in the shopping centre.
Room was great size,comfy bed,breakfast was fantastic! Didn't expect so much choice! Was a wonderful hotel,only 8 mins walk to Manchester Arena,also Arndale Center just few minutes walk,excellent location

We enjoyed our overnight stay, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend and use again.

We had a noisy air conditioning unit in our room. "Cooked breakfast" was only the choice of sausage, scrambled eggs and beans which was fine but we'd hoped for a full english!

The breakfast was free ...yes but Is in real need of updating just a tadd...where was the Bacon,mushrooms & tomatoes :0( otherwise great!
