No .38, much too far for two people in their seventies, one of whom was not very fit .Especially since it appeared that there were in fact other more accessible rooms unoccupied. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.

  Everything about this hotel was to our liking! The room we had was excellent, with exceptional bed linen and towels, tea and coffee making facilities and little extras supplied in the bathroom. The honesty box in the lounge was a brilliant idea. This small friendly hotel was the best we have ever stayed in for a 3 star ratin - I could not fault anything. The staff were amazingly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. The location was perfect for my plans and not too noisy. And the price definitely did not reflect the service. For the price I paid, I was expecting a lot less than what I got, so was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. And I liked the little honesty box for snacks in the lounge area.

  The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were given a lovely room with a four poster bed - slept like a log! Enjoyed the breakfast which was served traditionally rather than buffet style - everythiing was fresh and hot. Free car parking and the beach is only a 5 or 10 minute walk away which is superb and goes for miles. Nothing is too much trouble, just ask and its done. Peaceful hotel. No hustle and bustle. Just enjoy.
