  Es liegt wunderschön, doch sehr weit vom zentrum, auf der anderen seiteder themse. Per fähre ( ticket 5 Pfund!!!) und taxi dauert es über einestunde, aber die u bahnverbindung ist wiederum ausgezeichnet ( 20 min).In der nähe des hotels befindet sich außer ein pizza hut nicht sehrviel. Das Personal und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Danke für dieg... was die leute sagen » eburtstagstorte! - Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Der Hotel Shuttle Bus nach Canada Water war unkompliziert, Wartezeit maximal 10 Minuten. Reizvolle Lage des Hotels an der Themse, gute Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums von London. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch hier sehr guter und freundlicher Service.

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in. I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.
