  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews. The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.
