  We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... was die leute sagen » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.   Was there for just 3 days but felt like the staff treated us very welland became part of the family. - the staff were really friendly and very helpful. they made my children and i feel very welcome.

  We liked the friendly staff,the beautiful restaurant, the tasteful Victorian decor and the position right on the seafront and proximity to shops.We liked the delicious food,the chef is first class.It was 'Alice Day' whilst we were there.The hotel staged 'The Mad Hatter's Tea Party' as a publicity photo shoot.We were fortunate enough to see this.It... was die leute sagen » was really charming with Lewis Carroll's characters in this authentic setting, the actual place where the original Alice Liddell had actually stayed - The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too. A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

  The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. The hotel was superb in everything you could wish for. It was also a stones throw away from all facilities the town has to offer & beach. Overall one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

  Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one. Easy access to lg area of parking outside the hotel. Restaurant was busy but the staff kept a friendly professional manner and f - My husband myself & our family have had a wonderful 2 day stay at this premier to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary,our family were very impressed the staff were very friendly & the meals were exellent very clean & plenty of room 3rd time we have stayed here.   Again, special thanks for great days in your guesthouse. As a conclusion I can say: You love your "job" Additonally, very nice rooms, great breakfast and lovely hrs at the bar. As I promised, I will be back very soon! - We all have had a great time there and very kindly people served us whenever we needed.
