  A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster.   The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. I would definitely use this hotel again, it was even - Great position, Shoreditch is full of pubs, clubs and restaurants and very close to the City! Old street underground station is 5-10 minutes on foot; next to the hotel there is the bus stop (buses to the Tower of London, Oxford Circus and Waterloo). Hotel clean and new. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal.
