  The rooms were spotless and well layed out, everything one would expect to find in a hotel room was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wembley stadium was so close that you almost hit it with a stone, so a very short walk to the concert.   Absolute gem of a hotel. The staff could not do enough for you, so polite and helpful and genuinely caring. The room was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was good and varied and standard pricing. The room was quiet and comfortable. Location wise it suited us very well and would be perfect for anyone visiting wembley stadium. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

  We a lovely two night stay at the hotel and on return home realized i had left my watch in the hotel room, i called the hotel and the very helpful receptionist she would get in touch with house keeping and get back to me 5 mins later i got a call to say they had it and would put it safe for me. i sent a prepaid envelope and my watch was returned t... was die leute sagen » o me immediately. The staff could not do enough for us. A big thank you to them all. - All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.
