Great cocktails, nice ambience in the bar and the restaurant was more like a dining room, with initmate feel, great food and excellent service. Rooms are not huge and but comfortable and very well furnished. Great hotel.

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab!   I booked late, so instead of finding a hotel within my budget I found this studio apartment, and it was wonderful. Before booking we noticed we had to pick the keys up from elsewhere, and it was no trouble at all and easy to find. The lady was friendly and organised free transport to our apartment. It was close to Angel tube sta - The apartment was clean and warm, considering that it was one of the coldest weekends of the year. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and crisp! The location is great as it is next to Angel Tube station and is encompassed by great bars and restaurants, which are located in the nearby Inslington. Definitely, will stay again!

  The ever-smiling stuff, the hotel compliments during my stay /daily newspaper, welcoming letter with chocolates, "sleep well" compliment/; the afternoon tea, served in the drawing room; the design of my superior double room was surprisingly impressive than expected. However, my superior room was so exquisitely touched by the hotel designers, which even compensated - I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.
