The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time. The welcome wa fantastic and the rooms and hotel in general was of very high standard. I would definetely go back and stay there again. - The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
