  The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated.   The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... was die leute sagen » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

Mit einem ca. 20 minütigen Fussweg an der Themse entlang erreicht man Big Ben und das London Eye.Die Tube und Busverbindungen in die Stadt sind Perfekt! Echt toll!!
