  we will be going back it as every thing you need and it only down the road to the front where you have every thing you need we never heard any other people well we was there and it was full im bad with my leg and i have ms but still found it all ok even the steps out side make sure you dont go on the front to buy choc or a paper you can get it 3 m... was die leute sagen » ins walk upthe hill cos there is nothing at the front i wanted to stay one more day but was no where for us cos it was all booked up but they did try - The location is excellent, two minutes and you're on the front. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice and friendly. The parking is good as the hotel gives out a free parking permit. There is parking on the hotel's street which I think is free for 20 minutes. This should be enough time to get checked in and grab the parking permit. If location is your main requirement, this is the place.

  The hosts were really nice and the parking near the hotel is a bonus. The cooked breakfast was superb - one of the best I've evr had at a hotel and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel has wireless internet, which was good. The location is very good, close to the seafront on the North Bay with a nice restaurant close by, and the cinema. Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

  What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. From the lovely warm welcome and delicious homemade scone to the lovely clean and nicely decorated room and extremely comfy bed. The owners could not do enough for us and made our stay very pleasant and little chihuahua was made most welcome too. Also give The Coffee Beans a try just a min or two down the road...excellent food & - We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from the hosts John and Gillian, we were shown to room 2 on the 1st floor and we were not disappointed, the room was tastefully decorated,spotless and the bed was lovely and comfy. The breakfast was very nice with a vast choice of fresh fruits and cereals followed by a delicious cooked breakfast served by john, the friendliest host we have ever met. We are already planning to return in a few weeks as it was such a nice place to stay. Thank you mark and sue.
