The location is excellent, two minutes and you're on the front. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice and friendly.
The parking is good as the hotel gives out a free parking permit. There is parking on the hotel's street which I think is free for 20 minutes. This should be enough time to get checked in and grab the parking permit.
If location is your main requirement, this is the place.

Fantastic breakfast which was cooked to order as given a menu sheet to choose options the night before. Informative folder in the room full of useful information about the local area such as directions, things to do and restaurants etc. Well stocked tea tray in room and owners very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful to me and my small children. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the children feel special over and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and well presented and excellent value for money. Being a single parent with two small children I find that most hotels leave us to our own devices which can be a little daunting. Gary was very helpful and totally understood the need to accommodate needs of guests like myself.
